All electronic modules, microcontrollers, and DIY kits are pre-tested before dispatch. We offer free replacements for defective or damaged items.
1. Return & Replacement Window
You may initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your package. If 7 days have passed since delivery, please contact our engineering support team for troubleshooting assistance.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
To qualify for a replacement or return:
- The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories (headers, cables, manuals).
- For transit damage or missing components, please provide an unboxing photo/video or proof of delivery.
- Pre-tested microcontrollers and sensors damaged by user incorrect wiring, overvoltage, or short-circuits are not eligible for standard returns but can be diagnosed by our tech team.
3. Refunds (Cash on Delivery & Online)
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Lahore fulfillment center:
- Replacements: Dispatched immediately within 24 hours at zero additional shipping cost.
- Refunds: Processed within 2–3 business days directly to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa wallet.
4. Return Shipping Process
To start a return:
- Message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 310 4505008 or email support@projectstore.pk with your Order ID.
- Pack the item safely and send it via any courier (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P) to our Lahore fulfillment address:
2nd Floor, 72, Westend Plaza, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Mozang Chungi, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan - If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, ProjectStore will reimburse the return courier charges.
