### IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Proximity Sensor Module
This active **IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor** uses an infrared emitter and photodiode receiver pair with an on-board LM393 voltage comparator to detect obstacles in front of mobile robots. The detection range can be dialed in from 2cm up to 30cm via the precision multi-turn trimmer potentiometer.
